GCSE Results 2025

Saintfield High School is delighted to celebrate another year of success for Key Stage Four results. The wonderful personal achievements are a testament to the hard work and resilience of pupils, and the dedication and care of teachers.

Miss Hynds, Principal, commented that the Saintfield High School community ‘is so incredibly proud of all that our young people have achieved. They began their post-primary educational journeys in September 2020 during a very difficult period, facing much disruption to their foundation years, and they have emerged as capable young adults, equipped with a range of skills to embrace the next chapter in their stories – well done, class of 2025!’

The school was delighted to welcome the Minister of Education, Paul Givan, on Thursday morning to meet with and congratulate pupils. Miss Hynds stated that the Minister’s interest in, and championing of, the various pathways children are transferring to following receiving their results was ‘an empowering message for all – it is so important on all results days to remember that success is individual, and therefore differs amongst pupils. Saintfield High School’s Pledge is ‘Individual success for everyone – learning and achieving together’, and our pupils’ achievements for 2025 reflect this motto’.

Miss Hynds paid tribute to all members of teaching staff for their ‘relentless care, passion, and dedication to our pupils.’ Furthermore, Miss Hynds stressed the impact of the home-school partnership, praising the support of Saintfield High School’s families and their ‘contribution to the overall nurturing of our students, helping them to achieve their true potential’.

Top achievers for 2025 were Jude Cunningham and Faye Alexander. Miss Hynds concluded that ‘it is a real privilege to celebrate with our pupils and their families – our entire school community wish our young people every success for all their future endeavours’
